I am looking for a Polish lawyer experienced in international commercial disputes and contract law. My Moroccan company purchased three fitness machines from a Polish manufacturer. The machines were paid almost in full, but due to import issues they remained stored in Poland for an extended period. Despite our repeated requests to recover the machines and pay any storage fees, the supplier never provided the storage costs. They later admitted that parts of our machines had been used for other customers and eventually confirmed that the machines had been sold without our authorization. I have already prepared a detailed evidence file, including contracts, payment proof, emails, WhatsApp conversations and a settlement proposal sent to the supplier. After the deadline expired, the supplier has remained silent. I am looking for legal advice on the best strategy to recover the funds and, if necessary, represent us before the Polish courts. IMPORTANT: I am ONLY looking for a lawyer licensed to practice law in Poland (adwokat or radca prawny).
