I’m refreshing our sales automation platform and its companion marketing site so the sales team can work faster without wrestling the interface. My only measure of success is a noticeably smoother, more intuitive user experience—every click, chart, and notification should feel obvious to someone who lives in pipelines and quotas all day. Here’s how I see the flow: • You start by mapping the key journeys: lead import, opportunity tracking, follow-up scheduling, and reporting. • Wireframes come next; low-fidelity is fine for the first pass as long as the navigation logic is clear. • Once we agree on structure, move on to pixel-perfect screens (desktop-first, but responsive down to tablet) and a lightweight style guide for the dev team. • A small marketing site (≈5 pages) needs a cohesive look drawn from the dashboard UI so prospects see one seamless brand story. I’m comfortable in Figma, so please share all source files there. If you prefer Sketch or Adobe XD that’s fine—just export editable Figma copies as well. When you reply, link to past work that shows you’ve solved similar workflow problems; skip generic portfolios. A quick note on how you improved usability for sales or data-heavy apps will stand out.
