I need a dependable virtual receptionist with an Australian accent to pick up my inbound sales calls, make every caller feel welcome, and turn those conversations into well-qualified leads inside our CRM system. We are a kids party and entertainment business of 25 years, based in Melbourne Australia. Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: • Answer incoming phone lines during business hours and call new leads. (I’ll supply soft-phone access). • Qualify each prospect by following a short script and recording answers directly in the CRM. • Offer clear, friendly product information when asked so callers know exactly how we can help. • Book appointments on my shared calendar through the CRM’s built-in scheduler; no external calendars required. • Tag and update every call record so I can instantly see call outcome, next step, and any promised follow-up. Acceptance criteria: every call is logged in the CRM within five minutes of hanging up, lead status is accurate, and appointments sync correctly with my calendar. This is a sales position, I'm looking for someone skilled to correctly handle inbound calls, leading potential customers to making bookings. If you’re organized, meticulously detailed and observant with strong sales/people skills, and already comfortable living inside a CRM, I’d love to hear how soon you can start. Approx 10 hours per week - in bound and out bound calls.
