I’m looking for a seasoned Meta ads specialist who can turn ad spend into direct sales. The whole purpose of this campaign is conversion: I need to reach new potential customers who have never bought from us before and move them quickly down the funnel. You’ll be given full access to our creative assets and product information; your task is to translate that into high-performing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager. Please come ready to handle everything from audience research and pixel/event setup through ad copy, creative direction, A/B testing, daily optimisation and clear reporting on cost-per-purchase and ROAS. When you apply, focus on the experience you have driving sales for e-commerce or DTC brands with Meta. Real numbers and examples of ROAS improvements, CPA reductions or successful scaling phases will stand out. I expect a concise outline of your approach, the metrics you track, and the typical timeline you follow to reach profitability.
