A Swiss-based entrepreneur is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Assistant to support business growth on a flexible, part-time basis. Hours will start small and scale based on fit and performance. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, outreach via email/WhatsApp/calls, following up with prospects, CRM/data updates, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, comfortable with cold outreach, organized, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Prior sales, lead gen, or VA experience preferred.
