I’m scaling our sales force in Noida Sector-65 and need a freelance recruiter who can quickly supply more than ten strong closers for both our B2B and B2C processes. The pipeline should include candidates ranging from freshers to seasoned sales professionals so we can build balanced, high-energy teams on the floor. You’ll own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating offers and ensuring every hire joins on time. Local market knowledge, solid LinkedIn and job-board sourcing skills, and a proven knack for high-volume sales hiring are essential.
