Descripción de la oferta

My current Salesforce report lists every user’s first login, final logout, and each time they punch a break. What it still lacks is the math behind it. I need row-level and summary formulas that: • show each agent’s total staff time (logout – login minus all breaks) • break out the total minutes spent on breaks • keep the original first-login and final-logout times visible for reference The tricky part is our weekend night shifts. An agent can log in late Saturday night, work past midnight, and clock out early Sunday. The same happens on Sunday into Monday. Your formulas must handle this overlap cleanly, attributing hours to the correct shift without double-counting or dropping minutes at midnight. I work entirely inside the standard Salesforce Report Builder (no external ETL), so everything has to be delivered as formula expressions or clear step-by-step instructions I can paste into the report fields. A quick example on a small data set will be enough for me to validate the logic. Timing: I’d like this turned around within a day, so please take the job only if you have immediate availability. Once the formulas return the correct totals for a sample Saturday/Sunday night shift and a normal weekday shift, the task is complete and the milestone can be released.
