I have a nearly finished SketchUp model that needs a swift, expert touch so it is genuinely render-ready today. The geometry and overall design are locked; what remains are the subtle but critical tweaks that push the file from “draft” to photorealistic quality. Here is the scope in plain terms: • Fine-tune the existing geometry, add any small missing elements, and clean up stray edges or reversed faces without altering the design intent. • Assign realistic, properly scaled materials and map them for close-up accuracy—think natural wood grain, believable metal reflections, and clean glass transparency. • Set up professional lighting and cameras inside SketchUp (or in V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion if that is your normal workflow) so the final output feels naturally lit and well composed. • Produce exactly five high-resolution, photorealistic renders from the strongest viewpoints—each at least 4K, ready for client presentation. • Return both the updated .skp file and the full-resolution image files. Acceptance will be based on: 1. No deviation from the original massing or layout. 2. Consistent material realism across all views. 3. Balanced lighting with no blown highlights or heavy noise. 4. Delivery of the refined model plus five finished renders by the end of today (my local time is GMT+1). If you have a streamlined workflow and can meet the deadline, the project is ready for you to start immediately.
