I have a series of senior-level SAP BASIS interviews scheduled and need an expert who can step in as my proxy. You must be fully fluent in System Monitoring and Performance Tuning, Client Administration, Transport Management System (TMS), complex upgrade paths, and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN). Scenario-based problem solving and live troubleshooting usually dominate these calls, so depth matters more than textbook answers. The interviews will be remote, voice-only, and typically last 45-60 minutes. I will supply the résumé and any company-specific background you need beforehand. You should be comfortable fielding open-ended questions, walking through real project examples, and defending design choices without hesitation. Deliverables: • A brief prep session with me to align on résumé details and likely questions • Real-time participation in one or more interview slots (times will be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance) • A short debrief afterward summarizing the questions asked and how you responded Confidentiality is critical; nothing from the discussion should be reused elsewhere. If you have successfully handled proxy interviews before and can demonstrate hands-on expertise across the topics listed, I’m ready to move quickly.
