I need a full set of drawings to lodge with Western Power and my local shire for both development approval and the subsequent building permit. The job is in three parts: 1. Draw the overall land-development layout, showing the new ancillary dwelling (Class 1a) and detached garage (Class 10a) accurately positioned on the block. 2. Produce a detailed 1 : 100 floorplan of the ancillary dwelling, including room dimensions, windows, doors, finishes and any required notes. 3. Create coordinated electrical plans that meet Western Power submission standards—meter position, consumer mains, sub-boards, circuits and lighting/power layouts—so the shire can stamp everything in one package. What I can supply you up front: a recent registered land survey in PDF and DWG, my rough sketch of the floorplan, and the shire’s checklists. Everything must be returned in native CAD format (DWG/DXF) as well as a clean PDF set ready for printing. Acceptance criteria • All sheets scaled at 1 : 100 with graphic scale bars • Title blocks completed with project data, north point and revision table • Layers, line-weights and symbols organised for easy editing by other consultants • Electrical symbols and legend compliant with Western Power guidelines If you have experience producing council-ready documentation in WA, this should be straightforward.
