I’m building a large-scale outreach list of Germany-based UGC creators and need reliable, up-to-date contact data pulled directly from Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The end goal is to feed this database into our reach-out to onboard new creators to our platform, so accuracy and scale both matter. Scope • Find only profiles that create UGC and are speaking German / are located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland. • Capture three fields per profile: email address (mandatory), public profile name/handle, and first name. • Deliver several thousand unique entries, cleaned and de-duplicated, in CSV or Google Sheet format. Technical Expectations Any combination of Python, Scrapy, Selenium, API endpoints, rotating proxies, or similar tools is fine as long as rate limits are respected and the final data is verifiable. Acceptance Criteria – Minimum agreed-upon record count met – ≤3 % bounce rate on a random sample of collected emails – No duplicate profiles across platforms – File delivered in the agreed format with clear column headers Timeline is flexible within reason, but let me know how many records you can confidently supply per week and the approach you plan to use.
