## Project Title **Create Clear Screen-Recorded How-To Videos for a SaaS App** ## Project Description We are looking for an experienced tutorial video creator and editor to produce a series of short, professional **how-to videos for our web application, Routella**. Routella is a delivery-management and route-planning platform. The purpose of these videos is to help new users quickly understand how to use each feature of the app. Each video should focus on **one specific feature or workflow** and explain it in a very simple, clear, and easy-to-follow way. ### What the videos should include * High-quality screen recordings of the application * Clear, step-by-step explanations in simple English * Professional English voice-over * Smooth and easy-to-follow cursor movement * Zooming in on important buttons, fields, and sections * Highlighting or spotlighting the area currently being explained * Dimming, blurring, or shadowing less relevant parts of the screen when helpful * Simple arrows, boxes, callouts, or short text labels where necessary * Removal of mistakes, loading times, unnecessary pauses, and repetitive actions * Light transitions and clean editing * Optional subtitles or captions * Consistent visual style across all videos The editing should remain clean and professional. We are **not looking for heavy animation or complicated effects**. The most important thing is that every video is easy to understand, even for someone using the application for the first time. ### Example video topics Videos may include topics such as: * How to create an order * How to import multiple orders * How to create and optimize a delivery route * How to assign a route to a driver * How to add or manage drivers * How to track delivery progress * How to send delivery notifications * How to manage completed or failed deliveries * How to connect or use integrations We will provide: * Access to the application * A list of features and videos needed * Guidance about the correct workflow for each feature * Branding materials when necessary * Feedback during the production process The freelancer should be able to understand each feature, organize the explanation logically, and create a concise script or voice-over without making the tutorial unnecessarily long. ### Preferred video format * Approximately 1–3 minutes per video, depending on the feature * Full HD, 1920 × 1080 * MP4 delivery format * Clear audio without background noise * Consistent voice, editing style, zoom effects, and branding * Editable project/source files should also be provided We would like to begin with **one paid test video**. If the quality and communication are good, we will continue with the full series and potentially additional videos as the application develops. ### Requirements * Previous experience creating software tutorials, product demos, or SaaS onboarding videos * Strong screen-recording and video-editing skills * Ability to explain technical features in simple language * Fluent or highly professional English * Good attention to detail * Ability to keep a consistent style across multiple videos * Reliable communication and willingness to make reasonable revisions ### When applying, please include 1.
