I need ScreenConnect (ConnectWise Control) installed and fully configured on our Windows server so my team can start using it every day without hiccups. Once the core installation is in place, security is the next priority—I want SSL enabled, Two-Factor Authentication active, and sensible role-based access controls so only the right people get into the right machines. After deployment, please walk us through full administration: creating users, spinning up sessions, updating certificates, tweaking policies—everything a small in-house IT team should know. A short video call is fine for the initial hand-over, but I’d like the session recorded so staff who miss it can catch up later.
