I have just completed a 15-year commercial lease on behalf of my client (the tenant) and now need the SDLT1 filed with HMRC through the online portal. All figures, lease details, and supporting documents are ready to hand; the task is purely to input the data accurately, submit it, and return the HMRC acknowledgment reference. Because I do not hold an HMRC login for this purpose, you will need to use your own registered account or agent credentials to lodge the return.
