I need a thorough technical review of my website inside SEMrush with the single goal of boosting site speed. Please spin up a new SEMrush project (or work within my existing one—login can be provided), run all relevant audits, and dig into the Page Speed and Core Web Vitals reports. From there, I’m looking for a concise write-up that explains what is slowing the site down, why it matters for SEO, and exactly how to fix it. Because the priority is speed, pay special attention to page-load bottlenecks, image/media weight, server response time, render-blocking resources, and any issues that could hurt Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, or Cumulative Layout Shift. Feel free to supplement SEMrush data with Lighthouse or WebPageTest results if they help you pinpoint the problems. Deliverables (attach any screenshots or exported data that back up your findings): • A standalone audit document outlining each speed issue, its impact, and recommended fixes, clearly prioritized from high to low effort/return. • A summary sheet that I can hand straight to my developer team, with the critical tasks flagged. The work is complete when the report is delivered and every recommendation is traceable to a metric pulled from SEMrush (or a supporting tool) so we can verify improvements after implementation.
