Project Overview We are building a creator interaction and live streaming platform similar to BIGO LIVE, Tango, and other creator economy applications. We are looking for a Senior ASP.NET Core Backend Developer with proven experience in live streaming applications, SignalR, and Agora SDK integration. This is not a basic CRUD API project. We need someone who has already built or contributed to real-time streaming, chat, or video communication applications. Required Technical Skills C# ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+) REST API Development SignalR PostgreSQL Entity Framework Core JWT Authentication WebSockets Git/GitHub Clean Architecture Required Experience Applicants must have experience with one or more of the following: Live Streaming Applications Video Streaming Platforms Video Call Applications Real-Time Chat Applications Creator Economy Platforms Social Networking Applications Agora SDK (Required) Hands-on experience integrating Agora services, including: Live Broadcast Interactive Live Streaming One-to-One Video Calls Group Video Calls Voice Calls Agora Token Generation Channel Management User Join/Leave Events Audience & Broadcaster Roles Stream Lifecycle Management Experience with Agora Cloud Recording or RTM is a plus. Project Responsibilities You will implement backend APIs and real-time functionality for: Live Streaming Broadcast session APIs Stream start/end management Audience join/leave events Broadcaster management Viewer count updates Stream status management SignalR Live Chat Real-Time Notifications User Presence (Online/Offline) Typing Indicators Creator Status Updates Real-Time Gift Events Real-Time Reward Events Agora Integration Agora Token Generation APIs Channel Creation & Validation Role Management (Host/Audience) Stream Authentication Broadcast Lifecycle Video Call Management Group Call Management Backend APIs Creator APIs User APIs Wallet & Token APIs Reward Menu APIs Fun Wheel APIs Gift APIs Follow & Subscription APIs Notification APIs Admin APIs Database Backend uses: PostgreSQL Existing Database Schema Existing Authentication Existing API Project You will mainly implement new APIs and integrate real-time features. Nice to Have Experience with: Redis Background Workers Docker Azure or DigitalOcean Push Notifications (Firebase/APNs) Scalable Real-Time Systems Microservices High-Concurrency Applications What We Already Have ASP.NET Core Backend PostgreSQL Database Database Schema GitHub Repository Authentication API Architecture To Apply Please include: Years of ASP.NET Core experience. Details of live streaming or real-time applications you have built. Experience with SignalR. Experience integrating Agora SDK (please describe your role).
