We are looking for an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Specialist who has a proven track record of scaling profitable e-commerce campaigns with significant monthly ad budgets. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who understands performance marketing, makes decisions based on data, and consistently delivers measurable growth. What You'll Do • Plan, launch, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. • Manage medium to high monthly advertising budgets while maintaining strong ROAS. • Build complete campaign structures using Advantage+, Dynamic Product Ads, Catalog Sales, Retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences. • Perform audience research, creative testing, bid optimization, and budget allocation. • Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, and other analytics tools. • Continuously improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall account performance. • Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to develop winning advertising strategies. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience. • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000+ USD (higher is a major advantage). • Strong knowledge of: Meta Ads Manager GA4 Meta Pixel Conversion API (CAPI) Shopify Product Catalogs • Proven success in scaling profitable e-commerce brands. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of advertising performance.
