We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Product Designer to help establish the product interface and user experience for TOK2DOC, a complex digital healthcare navigation platform. TOK2DOC is designed to coordinate healthcare journeys across multiple user roles and connected digital workspaces. The product involves patient-facing mobile experiences as well as professional and operational workspaces for healthcare teams. This is not a simple website redesign or a project focused only on creating attractive UI screens. We need a designer who can understand complex product requirements and translate them into a coherent, intuitive, scalable product experience. The selected designer will be expected to help define the product’s UI/UX architecture and visual interface language, then progressively translate approved product requirements into production-ready designs in Figma. Shortlisted candidates will receive additional product context privately, with detailed documentation made available to the selected designer under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. What We Need The designer should be capable of working across: * Complex information architecture and multi-role user experiences * User journeys and workflow design * Mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces * Patient-facing healthcare experiences * Professional dashboards and operational workspaces * Wireframes and high-fidelity UI * Figma Auto Layout, variables, components, and scalable libraries * Design systems and reusable UI patterns * Interactive prototypes * Accessibility and responsive design * Developer-ready handoff and documentation The successful candidate should be able to establish a consistent interface language that can scale across a large product ecosystem rather than designing each screen independently. Ideal Experience We are particularly interested in designers with experience in complex SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, fintech, CRM, ERP, workflow management, or other regulated/complex digital products. Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong experience simplifying complex systems and multi-role workflows. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer, Lead Product Designer, Staff Product Designer, Principal Product Designer, or experienced Product Design Consultant. This role is unlikely to suit someone whose experience is primarily graphic design, branding, marketing websites, landing pages, or visual UI concepts without demonstrated product UX experience. Initial Engagement We expect to begin with a focused discovery and design phase rather than commissioning the entire platform immediately. The initial work may involve reviewing product context, understanding representative workflows, establishing UI/UX architecture, defining the visual interface direction, and designing selected core experiences. Candidates who demonstrate strong product thinking and execution may be considered for a longer-term engagement across the broader TOK2DOC ecosystem.
