I’m looking for an experienced Software Engineering mentor who can help me improve my technical skills and become a stronger engineer through 1-on-1 guidance. My goal is to deepen my knowledge in C#/.NET, React, Azure, system design, software architecture, and engineering best practices. I want to learn not only how to implement solutions but also how to think through design decisions, scalability, performance, and maintainable code. I’m looking for: 1-on-1 sessions with practical explanations and real-world examples Code reviews and feedback on improving code quality and architecture Guidance on system design, scalability, and design patterns Azure best practices, deployment, monitoring, and cloud architecture Help identifying my skill gaps and creating a structured learning path I’m looking for a mentor with real-world experience building and supporting production systems who can provide honest feedback, practical guidance, and help me grow as a software engineer.
