We are currently looking for a Senior sous chef or sous chef for the new opening of a fish restaurant near Chelsea within a restaurant group to work for a well known chef owner. This post will suit someone with: - experience as sous chef in rosette or good level restaurant in London - fish experience preferred but not essential - stable cv necessary This post offers a good salary for 8 shifts a week
