I need an experienced recruiter to take ownership of sourcing and first-round screening for several senior-level openings across our organization. I will provide the role briefs, salary bands, and any must-have criteria; from there, your focus is building a strong pipeline, qualifying each prospect, and passing only the best to my hiring managers. Your day-to-day work will involve proactively searching LinkedIn, industry forums, and relevant databases, approaching passive talent, and conducting structured phone or video screens to assess cultural and technical fit. I expect concise screening notes and an updated candidate tracker so we can move swiftly to interviews. Deliverables • A vetted shortlist (5–7 high-quality senior candidates per role) • Detailed screening summaries and CVs • Weekly progress update with metrics on outreach, response, and conversion Success is measured by the number of shortlisted candidates who progress to the panel interview stage. Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and modern sourcing tools is a big plus, but I’m open to however you work best—so long as the pipeline stays full of top-tier talent.
