I’m looking for an experienced recruiter—ideally based outside Brazil—to own the full-cycle hiring process for several senior-level technology roles. What I need you to handle: • Partner with me to define each position profile. • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-focused channels. • Screen résumés and conduct initial qualification calls, ensuring both technical depth and leadership fit. • Coordinate panel interviews and gather structured feedback from stakeholders. • Guide finalists through reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding hand-off. Success for this project means presenting a short list of 3–5 highly qualified senior engineers or architects per role, ready for final interviews within an agreed timeline.
