Descripción de la oferta

Seneca Safety Partners is looking for an experienced software development team or agency to design and build Sentinel from the ground up — a greenfield SaaS product that fills a clear, underserved market gap in contractor safety. The Problem Field contractors currently run Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and lone-worker safety monitoring as two completely separate, disconnected tools — neither one tied to the actual work order that drives the job. Safety compliance suffers because workers forget to open yet another app. The Solution Sentinel is a single integrated plug-in that attaches directly to the work order management / CMMS system the company already uses. Hazard analysis and worker safety now happen inside the job itself. Required Features • Digital JHA Workflow – mobile-friendly creation & completion, review/approval process, full audit trail • Lone-Worker Monitoring – check-in timers, SOS/duress alerts, man-down detection, GPS/location tracking • Multi-Channel Alerting – tiered escalation across SMS, email, push, etc. • Supervisor/Admin Dashboard – audit-ready records, reporting, and compliance oversight • Integration Framework – clean, extensible layer for major work order and CMMS platforms Project Highlights • True greenfield build (web + responsive/mobile-first) • Strong product-market fit with immediate pilot customers ready to test • Founder has deep domain expertise helping contractors with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce prequalification and safety programs We will share the full detailed Product & Technical Specification after an initial conversation. If you have solid experience building secure B2B SaaS workflow tools, real-time features, third-party integrations, and compliance-focused applications, please reply with: • Brief overview of your relevant experience • Suggested tech stack & high-level approach • Rough timeline and budget range for MVP
