I need a skilled writer-marketer who can create and place articles across diverse genres while ensuring every piece is fully optimised for search engines. The content will range from blog-style features and product-style reviews through to straight how-to explanations, but I’m deliberately keeping the brief flexible so you can adapt tone and structure to suit each opportunity. Beyond writing, placement is critical: I want these articles picked up as articles in newspapers and other high-authority outlets, not just left to sit on a company blog. Part of the job, therefore, is pitching and securing publication so each piece earns natural backlinks and wider readership. Key points you’ll handle • Keyword research, on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, internal links) and clean formatting. • Drafting, editing and proofing to publication-ready standard. • Outreach and submission to newspaper platforms and any additional sites you identify as a good fit. • A short performance report once the articles are live, outlining URLs and basic ranking / traffic indicators.
