My service-based website needs a focused, white-hat SEO push that will lift its pages onto Google’s first results for our core keywords. The priority is ranking improvement rather than sheer traffic volume, so every tactic should directly support better visibility on Google SERPs. Current status: • The site is live, mobile-friendly, and running on WordPress but has never had a structured SEO campaign. • A handful of pages rank beyond page three for target terms; no systematic backlink profile exists. Scope of work & deliverables • Comprehensive site audit covering technical issues, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and speed. • Keyword research and mapping to existing and any recommended new service pages. • On-page implementation (meta tags, schema, headings, content tweaks) with a clear change log. • Ethical backlink strategy—prospecting, outreach, and acquisition—aimed at niche-relevant, high-authority domains. • Monthly performance reports highlighting rank movement, completed tasks, and next-step recommendations. Acceptance criteria 1. At least five agreed-upon keywords move into Google’s top 10 within three months. 2. Google Search Console shows measurable improvement in average position and impressions. 3. All work complies with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines—no automated link building, spun content, or PBNs. Access to WordPress, Google Search Console, and Analytics will be provided once we kick off. Timelines, milestone percentages, and any tool licenses you expect me to cover (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) should be detailed in your proposal so everything is transparent from day one.
