I’m looking for a reliable researcher-marketer who can build a fresh prospect list of small-business owners in the service trades I currently target—specifically poop scoop removal, window cleaning, and roofing. For every company you add, I need three core data points captured and verified: the owner’s best email address, a direct phone number, and an up-to-date SEO score produced with an established tool such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or a comparable platform you already use. Once the list is complete, import the records straight into my Salesforce CRM, mapped cleanly to the standard Lead object so I can begin outreach without additional formatting or field fixes on my end. Please include the raw spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheet) alongside the finished Salesforce upload for backup. Deliverables (all items required for acceptance) • Spreadsheet with unique leads in the three specified industries, containing: Company Name, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Website URL, SEO Score, Tool Used, and Date Scored • Salesforce file (or Data Loader package) showing successful import of the same leads and fields • Brief note outlining the scoring methodology and any filters you applied while sourcing the contacts Let me know the lead volume you can confidently supply, the tool you prefer for scoring, and your estimated turnaround time.
