I need HoverboardIndia.in, a WordPress-powered e-commerce site, brought up to full SEO health and lightning-fast performance so we can capture more organic traffic and turn it into sales. Technical focus • Site speed: bring both mobile and desktop load times well inside Google’s Core Web Vitals, ideally under two seconds, using smart caching, minified CSS/JS, and lean code practices. • Mobile responsiveness: every theme element must render perfectly on modern phones and tablets, confirmed with Search Console’s Mobile-Friendly Test. • URL structure: clean, human-readable slugs with consistent taxonomy, 301s for any changes, and an XML sitemap auto-updated for Google & Bing. On-page optimisation Meta titles and descriptions need to be rewritten for click-through appeal and target keywords. Internal linking should guide shoppers logically through categories and product pages, boosting crawl depth and session duration. I’m using Rank Math, so please configure it rather than replacing it. Performance tuning Implement page-level and object caching (e.g., WP Rocket or similar), compress and convert imagery to WebP, and strip unnecessary weight by minifying / combining CSS and JS. A pagespeed test before and after your work should clearly show the gain. Deliverables 1. Detailed audit report outlining issues found and the fix applied. 2. Optimised theme / child-theme files and plugin settings. 3. Updated metadata and internal links live on the site. 4. Final benchmark screenshots from PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix demonstrating the improvements. Acceptance criteria: Core Web Vitals in the “good” range, 90+ PageSpeed score on both devices, zero critical SEO errors in Search Console, and a functioning, crawlable XML sitemap. Access to hosting cPanel, WordPress admin, and Search Console will be provided as soon as we agree on milestones and timelines.
