Our goal is to become the leading organic search destination for customers looking for canvases, workshop kits, and embroidery bases. ## Project Overview We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist who can develop and execute a data-driven, AI-assisted SEO strategy to increase qualified organic traffic, improve product page conversions, and strengthen our brand presence across Google Search. This project requires expertise in technical SEO, e-commerce SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and ethical link building. ## Scope of Work The successful freelancer will: * Conduct comprehensive keyword research covering informational, commercial, and transactional search intent. * Build a complete keyword strategy organised by search volume, keyword difficulty, and buyer journey. * Optimise product pages, category pages, collections, and website metadata. * Create a 90-day SEO roadmap covering on-page optimisation and AI-assisted content production using tools such as SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, or equivalent. * Improve technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data, XML sitemaps, and overall site health. * Develop topic clusters and blog content that targets artists, art students, educators, DIY hobbyists, and workshop organisers. * Create a white-hat link-building strategy focused on art blogs, education websites, workshop directories, creative communities, and relevant industry publications. * Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and conversion performance. * Deliver actionable monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations. ## Deliverables * Complete keyword research and content mapping. * 90-day SEO implementation roadmap. * On-page optimisation recommendations and execution. * Technical SEO audit with prioritised fixes. * Content strategy and SEO content briefs. * Ethical backlink acquisition plan. * Monthly SEO performance reports with ranking, traffic, and conversion analysis. ## Preferred Qualifications * Proven experience with e-commerce SEO. * Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related SEO tools. * Experience using AI-powered SEO and content optimisation platforms. * Demonstrated success in improving rankings and organic revenue for niche online stores. * Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to SEO.
