I already have one drawing that merges our building’s evacuation diagram with its architectural floor plan, but for compliance purposes I now need two standalone files: • a clean floor plan saved as PDF that still shows every room label, and • a matching evacuation plan laid out in the same style you see on the combined drawing. Nothing else on the floor plan—no furniture, no dimensions—just the labeled rooms. The evacuation sheet should mirror the look and legend of the current merged file so our staff will recognise it instantly. I can supply the combined file in whatever source format you prefer (DWG, PDF, etc.). From there, please separate the layers, tidy up any artifacts left by the split, and return both finished PDFs ready for printing and digital distribution. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or Illustrator that’s perfect, but use whichever tool lets you deliver crisp, vector-based PDFs and keeps the line weights consistent with what’s already there.
