I have a Retell AI seat and an active Twilio account; now I need them working together so the agent can act as my front-line customer-support assistant. Scope • Configure the Retell AI agent to handle voice calls, text messages, and chatbot conversations end-to-end. • Connect these channels through Twilio so visitors can reach the bot on WhatsApp, standard SMS, and a voice line. • Ensure routing, fallback, and message formatting align with Twilio best practices (Studio flows, TwiML, Webhooks, etc.). • Validate that hand-offs to a human agent trigger correctly when the bot cannot resolve an issue. Acceptance criteria 1. Calling the Twilio voice number reaches the Retell AI voice bot, which can greet, answer basic questions, and transfer to a live rep. 2. Incoming WhatsApp or SMS messages receive an automated response from the same Retell AI logic, with conversation history preserved. 3. All three channels share a single knowledge base and analytics dashboard. 4. Clear hand-over instructions and documentation let me adjust flows or add FAQs without touching code.
