Job Title: SharePoint Developer – UI/UX Enhancement & Ongoing Support (Remote, India) Overview We have a fully functional, multi-department SharePoint intranet site (in Dev) with self-service publishing already working. We need a developer to enhance the look and feel and provide ongoing support for new requirements/changes — not a rebuild. Existing Features (functionally complete) Carousel – News & Highlights PDF Newsletter Publishing Milestones List Quick Links to Department Documents News Box (department-level) Scope Improve visual design, layout, consistency & responsiveness across department pages Refine existing SPFx/native components without breaking current workflows Support Dev-to-Production promotion Handle new requirements/change requests on an ongoing basis Required Skills 4+ years SharePoint Online (modern sites) + SPFx Strong front-end/UI skills (CSS, responsive design, SharePoint theming) Native SharePoint components (News, Highlights, Lists, Document Libraries) Power Automate familiarity Comfortable enhancing an existing live site, not building greenfield Nice to Have ReactJS/TypeScript, Power Apps/Power BI, Logic Apps Engagement Contract (Freelance/Part-time) | 3 months, extendable | Remote, India | Start: Immediate How to Apply Share your SharePoint UI portfolio (before/after preferred), your rate/availability, and a quick redesign concept (screenshot/mockup) for one sample department page.
