Descripción de la oferta

Project: Documentation Follow-Up Tool (working prototype exists) What it does: Tracks missed documentation entries (paper or digital logs) in shift-based workplaces. A supervisor flags what was missed, the responsible person gets an email/text reminder, and closes it out with a note and photo/PDF proof. Current state: I have a working interactive prototype (built with Claude/React) covering the full flow — flagging entries, user profiles organized by shift, customizable shift names (8hr/12hr, numbered or named), quick-select task lists per shift, email/SMS reminders, and photo/PDF upload for both the missing entry and the fix. I’ll share the prototype file/link as the spec — I want the production version to match this UX closely. Compliance: This may be used in healthcare/senior care settings, so it needs to be built with HIPAA-adjacent handling in mind — encrypted storage, audit logging, access controls. Please flag if this is inside your experience. Roadmap: I plan to add more modules later (starting with shift-coverage requests). Please architect the system so new modules can be added without reworking the core — I don’t need this built now, just don’t want it designed in a way that blocks it. What I need from you: A fixed-price quote or hourly estimate with timeline, and examples of similar compliance/scheduling tools you’ve built.
