My Shopify store is ready for a full-cycle push—from sourcing to sales—and I need a partner who can take ownership of every step. Supplier & Product Sourcing • Locate and vet reliable dropshipping suppliers only, securing fast dispatch and tracking. • Curate a launch set of winning products in Electronics, Clothing and accessories, and Home and garden that match current demand and healthy profit margins. Store Setup & Listing • Import products into Shopify, write persuasive descriptions, optimise SEO fields, and organise collections so the storefront looks cohesive and loads fast. • Set up fulfilment rules to keep the successful-delivery rate above 50 %. Creative & Campaign Execution • Produce scroll-stopping image or video creatives and copy tailored to Facebook and Instagram. • Build, launch and optimise conversion-focused campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, tracking through the Shopify-Meta pixel. Performance Targets & Reporting • First 30 days: generate initial sales, keeping CAC sustainable while hitting the 50 %+ delivered-order benchmark. • Provide a weekly dashboard covering spend, ROAS, top products and delivery rate so we can scale winners quickly. Acceptance criteria 1. At least one vetted dropshipping supplier per category. 2. Minimum 15 products live with polished creatives and correct shipping settings. 3. Two Facebook/Instagram campaigns running (prospecting + retargeting) with clear KPIs. 4. Delivery success rate report demonstrating 50 %+ completion.
