My Shopify store’s sales data and customer feedback are both telling the same story: visitors can’t find what they need quickly enough. I want to overhaul the site’s navigation so every shopper—especially those on a phone—can reach any product in just a tap or two. Here’s the focus: • Streamline the existing multi-level menu into a cleaner, intuitive structure. • Refine mobile navigation so it feels purpose-built for small screens instead of a squeezed-down desktop menu. I’m open to any additional quick-win touches you suggest, but the two goals above are non-negotiable. You’ll work directly in my Shopify theme (Online Store 2.0) and test across modern browsers and iOS/Android devices before hand-off. When you reply, speak to your hands-on experience reorganizing menus and optimizing mobile UX in Shopify—not generic e-commerce chatter. If you have before-and-after examples, share a link or screenshots so I can see the impact you’ve delivered for other merchants. Deliverables I expect: 1.
