My Shopify store is ready and functional, but it needs to be polished. The theme’s general look and feel, along with several product descriptions and images, could use a designer’s touch and second opinion to make the browsing experience cleaner and more compelling. The logo is essentially finished; I’d like a fresh pair of eyes on it. If you spot any colour, size or layout tweaks that would tighten the branding, please refine the file and supply final assets in SVG and PNG. Social presence is the next priority. TikTok and Instagram accounts are already open; I need a posting plan, on-brand creatives and regular engagement. Facebook and Twitter still need to be created, linked back to the store and folded into the same content calendar. On the customer side, help me run and manage a simple support workflow—email inbox or chat app—so queries, returns and feedback are answered promptly. Deliverables • Updated Shopify theme with agreed design & layout improvements • Rewritten/optimised product copy and refreshed high-resolution images • Finalised logo files (SVG, PNG + editable source) • Facebook & Twitter accounts launched, all four platforms connected to the store, plus a 30-day content calendar and 15 ready-to-post creatives • Customer support channel configured and documented (macros/templates included) If you are interested, I’m also willing to sell an unused domain I own; we can discuss that separately. Let me know your timeline and the tools you prefer (Shopify editor, Canva, Adobe CC, Meta Business Suite, Gorgias/Zendesk, etc.) so we can get started right away. Preferably a client who is available on weekdays and weekends.
