We are developing Shopify web sites for automotive parts distributors, specifically in the Heavy Duty Truck parts marketplace. These site do more than sell—they tell our brand’s story. The visual direction is vivid and expressive, so every page should feel lively while still guiding visitors effortlessly through the narrative behind each product line. Beyond strong visuals, the heart of the build is content. I need the developer to implement our new catalog lookup widget in Shopify and we need flexible sections on the store where we can weave founder anecdotes, product journeys, and lifestyle imagery without fighting the theme settings. Customer reviews should flow naturally beneath the products they reference. Social media feeds or share icons have to match the color palette and pull visitors deeper into the storyline. Core expectations: • Custom theme or deeply tailored existing theme crafted in Liquid, HTML / CSS, and modern JavaScript. • Implementation of our Catalog lookup web browser widget for vehicle parts lookups. • Intuitive theme editor blocks so my team can update stories, images, and product details without touching code. • Mobile-first performance, fast load times, and accessibility best practices. • Clear hand-off: theme files, any custom sections, and a short Loom or written walkthrough showing how to update content. Once delivered, we’ll test the flow from homepage to checkout, check each content area for easy editing, and ensure reviews and social feeds are live.
