E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager Needed for Shopify Supplement Brand (Affiliate Marketing, Website Optimization & Marketing Strategy) Project Overview I am looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to help launch and scale my supplement brand. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands Shopify, affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and digital marketing. I need someone who can help build the marketing foundation of my business—not just recruit affiliates. My goal is to create a system that consistently attracts affiliates, generates user-generated content (UGC), increases website conversions, and grows online sales. Responsibilities Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Recruit high-quality affiliates and influencers. Find creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Reach out and negotiate affiliate partnerships. Help determine competitive commission structures. Onboard new affiliates. Manage affiliate relationships. Recommend the best affiliate software for Shopify. Set up affiliate tracking, links, and discount codes. Website Optimization Review and improve Shopify website. Improve the homepage and product pages for higher conversions. Optimize the customer buying experience. Improve product descriptions and calls to action. Help increase average order value and conversion rate. Recommend apps and automations to improve the customer experience. Marketing Strategy Develop a marketing roadmap for the brand. Recommend customer acquisition strategies. Help create promotional campaigns. Assist with email marketing strategy. Help set up abandoned cart and welcome email flows. Recommend social media growth strategies. Help create offers, bundles, and promotions. Advertising & Content Develop ideas for TikTok and Instagram ad creatives. Help coordinate UGC creators. Assist with ad scripting and creative direction. Recommend content that converts. Help build a library of marketing assets. Analytics & Growth Track affiliate performance. Monitor marketing KPIs. Recommend improvements based on data. Identify opportunities to increase sales and scale the business. Ideal Candidate Proven experience growing Shopify or other e-commerce brands. Strong background in affiliate and influencer marketing. Experience with supplements, health, wellness, beauty, or consumer products is preferred. Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations. Experience with affiliate platforms such as UpPromote, Social Snowball, Refersion, or similar. Experience improving website conversion rates. Strong communication and project management skills. Able to make strategic recommendations rather than simply following instructions. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
