A&T Trained Dogs is looking for a reliable and creative short form content video editor to support our growing content output across social media platforms. We produce a high volume of reels and short form videos and need an editor who can work efficiently, communicate well, and deliver polished content on a consistent basis. This role is project based, not hourly, and we are looking for someone who can offer their best rate for bulk monthly work. What we need: Expert in editing Tiktok videos that creates engagement and retention We will provide raw footage in bulk for editing. The expected workload is approximately: Around 60-80 reels per month Each video will typically be 30 to 60 seconds What we are looking for: Strong experience editing short form content for social media Ability to create engaging, clean, fast paced edits Good sense of timing, captions, pacing and platform friendly formatting Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Someone dependable who can meet deadlines consistently Someone comfortable working with a team to ensure deliverables are tracked and monitored properly When applying, please include: Your best project based rate for bulk editing of short form videos Your estimated turnaround time for completing edits Examples of your best short form content work Confirmation that you are comfortable handling ongoing monthly volume Confirmation that you are willing to work collaboratively with a team and follow feedback Important note: We are working within a budget, so high hourly rates are not suitable for this role. We are specifically looking for editors who are open to a project based pricing structure that makes sense for a long term working relationship.
