Hello, I am an experienced Siemens PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in Siemens S7 PLC systems and TIA Portal. I can support your team with reviewing existing PLC programs, troubleshooting control logic, and implementing controlled modifications when required. My experience includes working with: - Siemens S7-1200 / S7-1500 PLCs - TIA Portal and STEP 7 - OBs, FBs, FCs, DBs, and Instance DBs - Ladder Diagram programming - Analog and digital I/O troubleshooting - Motors, VFDs, valves, alarms, interlocks, and sequences - Siemens HMI troubleshooting and programming - PLC troubleshooting, backup, documentation, and program modifications I am comfortable working with existing PLC projects, understanding the program structure, identifying the root cause of issues, and making safe and well-documented changes. I understand that this project involves supporting an operating industrial facility, so I take a careful and structured approach to troubleshooting and modifications, with proper backups and documentation before making changes.
