# **Simulation of Hybrid PPO–Q Learning Based MPPT and Grid Voltage–Current Regulation for a 5.3 kW Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System (MATLAB/Simulink)** ## Project Description I am looking for an experienced **MATLAB/Simulink** expert with knowledge of **Power Electronics, Reinforcement Learning (PPO & Q-Learning), MPPT, and Grid-Connected PV Systems** to develop a **simulation-only project**. The objective is to design and simulate a **5.3 kW grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system** using a **Hybrid PPO–Q Learning-based MPPT controller**. The controller should maximize solar power extraction while regulating grid voltage and current under varying irradiance and temperature conditions. The proposed controller should provide fast dynamic response, high MPPT efficiency, low steady-state oscillation, stable DC-link voltage, and maintain grid current THD within IEEE standards. **Note:** This is strictly a **MATLAB/Simulink simulation project**.
