Good afternoon, I need a skilled draftsperson to create a comprehensive Site Plan for our Development Application. Council advised that our Location Plan/Contour Plan and Site Survey cannot be used as a Site Plan. It is believed that they would like the orientation of our new build in the context of the site, proposed access etc. The Site Plan will likely need to draw upon data from several reports we already have, such as: - Location Plan - Site Survey - Waste Management Report - Geotechnical Report - Architectural Report Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in drafting software - Experience with development application requirements - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to integrate multiple report data into a cohesive site plan
