I have a completed SketchUp model of a two-storey barn measuring 9 m × 14 m. I now need that model redrawn in AutoCAD so it can be issued with a UK planning application. The file you deliver must be fully scalable, cleanly layered and follow standard UK drawing conventions (typical 1:100 at A1, north arrow, graphic scale, clear line weights, etc.). Scope of work • Recreate the ground- and first-floor plans with moderate detail, showing every window and door exactly as they appear in the SketchUp file. • Generate all four side elevations from the model, keeping heights, roof pitch and openings precise. No additional annotation is required beyond any basic labels you normally include for clarity; dimensions and material notes are not needed at this stage. Please export both a tidy DWG/DXF (compatible with AutoCAD 2020 or earlier) and a PDF set ready for submission. Accuracy is key—I will be cross-checking the finished drawings against the original model before sign-off. The attached file is not the finished drawing as many details are still in negotiation with the client.
