To do that, I need a clear, step-by-step learning plan that identifies which skills to target first, recommends the best resources to master them, and outlines simple ways to measure progress. What I expect from you: • A brief discovery call (or questionnaire) so you understand my current level and the goals of the wider student group. • A concise skill-gap analysis that highlights priority areas. • A modular curriculum roadmap with suggested learning materials—think course links, practice projects, or short workshop outlines. • Practical guidance on how to keep participants engaged and on track (check-ins, peer feedback ideas, simple progress metrics). If you’ve designed training or mentorship paths before—whether through online courses, workshops, or blended setups—your insight will be invaluable.
