Our client based in regional NSW is looking for a full time skilled meat workers for their meat processing plant. Skilled Boners/Slicers The positions would involve the following duties: • Table boning. • Cutting meat to separate meat, fat, and tissue from around bones. • Washing, scraping, and trimming foreign material and blood from meat. • Cutting meat into standard meat cuts, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises, and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.
