My house sits about 1.15 m higher than the road and I only have 10 m of run to bridge that gap. I need a complete blueprint that lets a vehicle reach the garage on a gentle ramp while pedestrians climb a parallel set of long, shallow “terrace” steps—both surfaces finished in brick pavers or natural stone so they read as one composition next to the existing pebble path that circles the house. Key facts you’ll need • Run: 10 m • Rise: 1.15 m (≈ 11.5 % grade) • Two parallel elements: vehicle ramp + terraced walkway • Finishes: brick pavers or stone, matched across all new work • Must tie seamlessly into the current pebble perimeter path and broader front / back-yard circulation What I’m looking for I want drawings that show how the driveway and pathway meet the street, integrate with each other, and then transition cleanly into the rest of the landscape. Uniform appearance is very important, so your design should specify patterns, edging, and any stone blends that let the spaces feel intentionally connected. Deliverables 1. Scaled site plan and sectional drawings illustrating slopes, step heights, drainage and junctions with the pebble path. 2. Material schedule naming paver / stone options that achieve the unified look. 3. 3-D visualisations or perspective sketches so I can see how the ramp and terrace steps sit side-by-side. 4. Brief installation notes covering sub-base prep, storm-water run-off control and any retaining or edge restraints required. Please base calculations on standard building codes for driveway gradient and pedestrian riser/tread comfort, and highlight if we need handrails, landings or additional grading beyond the 10 m run. I’m happy to answer measurements you still need; once the concept is approved I may extend the project to full construction documents. The current state of the ground (seen in the pictures provided) is still not perfect and leveled, we will have an excavator come and smooth the slope.
