Descripción de la oferta

I need a COMSOL Multiphysics specialist (AND/OR Digimat AM) who can help me streamline a selective laser-sintering (SLS) workflow. The focus is squarely on boosting efficiency and speed rather than redesigning the part or inventing a new material. I already run Digimat for micro-mechanical insight, so your COMSOL model should interface smoothly with—or at least accommodate—Digimat data. Scope of work • Build or refine a multiphysics model that captures the thermal, mechanical and phase-change behaviour of composite CF-PA11 during SLS. • Calibrate it with any lab or literature parameters you recommend so the results remain physically meaningful. • Run parametric sweeps on laser power, scan speed, hatch spacing and layer thickness, then identify the best window that shortens cycle time without compromising density or surface finish. • Summarise findings in a short report and leave me with a ready-to-run COMSOL file, plus clear notes on how to adjust inputs for future builds. Acceptance criteria – COMSOL file opens without missing definitions or link errors. – Simulation predicts part temperature profile and porosity trends within ±10 % of reference data I will provide. – Report lists the optimal parameter set and shows at least a 15 % improvement in build time compared with my current baseline. If you have already coupled Digimat and COMSOL or have insights on selective laser sintering heat-transfer models, please mention it when you respond.
