I already have a hand-sketched floor plan for a 24' × 30' cabin with a 6' covered deck running along one of the 24' sides. The layout shows doors, windows, kitchen, bath, plumbing runs and general furniture placement; what I still need are permit-ready construction drawings. Scope • A dimensioned floor plan that reflects my sketch (mud room, bathroom, open kitchen/living/bedroom area). • Four exterior elevations with roof shown extending over the deck. • Framing sheets for floor, walls and roof: 2 × 6 studs at 24" o.c., mid-span beam under the 24' direction, 4/12 parallel-chord truss roof. The crawl-space foundation is already in place, so the drawings should start at the mud-sill up. • Electrical page recommending outlet, switch and fixture locations that make sense for the plan. • Mechanical note identifying a mini-split system with supply ducting to condition the crawl space. • Material call-outs specifying metal panel cladding (other finishes may be noted as options). Deliverables PDF set suitable for submission to my local building department, plus the native CAD file (DWG or equivalent) so future tweaks are easy. I’ll supply the rough plan, window/door sizes and any local code references the moment we start. Looking forward to clear, neat blueprints I can build from.
