I’m looking for a complete design-and-build solution for a smart dispenser that can handle dry food, wet food, and a variety of home-cleaning products in a commercial environment. The core requirement is an automatic sensor-based mechanism that lets customers select and fill exactly the quantity they need, reducing waste while streamlining self-service. Functionally, the unit should: • Recognise a container placed beneath the spout, trigger dispensing automatically, and stop precisely at the chosen weight or volume. • Keep wet and dry chambers fully sealed to avoid cross-contamination, odour transfer, or moisture ingress. • Be robust enough for daily public use—think stainless steel or food-grade polymers that are easy to wipe down and resistant to aggressive cleaning agents. • Offer a straightforward refill system for staff, with clear level indicators on each reservoir. I’ll need detailed CAD drawings, component specifications (sensors, valves, augers/pumps, control board), and an assembly guide so manufacturing can move ahead without guesswork. Firmware for the sensor logic should be included, ideally in an easily updatable format such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Acceptance criteria: the prototype must dispense within ±2 g or ±2 ml of the user’s setting, complete a cycle in under five seconds, and pass a 500-cycle durability test without leaks or jams.
