Home Assistant Smart Home Integration Technical Requirements I am looking for an experienced Home Assistant developer to integrate and configure my smart home system. Scope of Work 1. Install and configure all required Home Assistant integrations. 2. Integrate the Viessmann heating system with Home Assistant. 3. Connect and configure the Viessmann actuator controller. 4. Integrate BTicino thermostats and verify reliable communication with Home Assistant. 5. Test heating zone control and ensure proper synchronization between thermostats and the heating system. 6. Integrate the UniFi network for presence detection and network-based automations. 7. Integrate the Sonos audio system into Home Assistant. 8. In a later stage, integrate the Bosch Smart Home system. 9. Create reliable automations involving the heating system, presence detection, lighting, and other supported devices. 10. Design a clean and user-friendly Home Assistant (Lovelace) dashboard. 11. Thoroughly test all integrations and automations, troubleshoot any issues, and optimize system performance. 12. Provide complete documentation of the configuration and hand over the finished system. Existing Equipment - Home Assistant OS installed on a Beelink Mini PC. - Viessmann heating system (boiler, actuator controller, and related components). - BTicino thermostats. - UniFi network equipment. - Sonos audio system. - Bosch Smart Home devices (to be integrated in a later stage). The final solution must be stable, well-documented, and easy to maintain and expand in the future.
