I need a seasoned Smartsheet specialist to take a critical look at our current workspace and show me where we can streamline, automate, and report more effectively. Right now the sheets, reports, and dashboards have grown organically; some workflows are still manual, metrics don’t always roll up cleanly, and new projects are forced to copy-paste old templates. I want a clear, structured audit followed by hands-on fixes: • Automate our approval and notification workflows so routine steps run without human intervention. • Rebuild dashboards and cross-sheet formulas to surface real-time analytics that I can share with leadership. • Design a set of reusable templates (sheets, reports, dashboards) so future projects spin up in minutes rather than hours. You’ll start by mapping what exists, flagging pain points, and explaining the quickest wins. Once I sign off, you implement the changes directly in Smartsheet, walk me through the result, and leave concise documentation so my team can maintain everything after you’re done. Smartsheet is the only platform in scope—no outside integrations are needed at this stage. If questions arise during the audit, I’ll be available for quick feedback so we can keep momentum.
